Anastasia is our Client relationship Manager.

With over 13 years of experience in the Luxembourg financial sector and a degree in Economics and Management from IAE France, Anastasia has developed strong expertise in client relationship management, with a focus on building trust and long-term partnerships. Her ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions, combined with excellent communication skills and deep knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law, make her a reliable and proactive advisor committed to delivering high-quality service.

Throughout her professional journey, Anastasia has managed numerous company portfolios, overseeing their entire lifecycle: from incorporation to restructuring, including mergers and acquisitions, and liquidation. She also has strong expertise in compliance matters (KYC, FATCA/CRS) and regulatory obligations, ensuring rigorous and secure follow-up for our clients.

• Full lifecycle management of client companies, drafting and reviewing transactional documents, minutes, and agreements

• Strong knowledge of incorporations, liquidations, restructurings, migrations, and M&A transactions

• Advising clients on regulatory obligations, KYC, FATCA/CRS reporting, bank account openings, and CSSF compliance

• Handling diverse client portfolios, contract negotiation, personalized advisory, and long-term relationship building

• Strong communication and listening skills, critical thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, independence, rigor, and proactivity

• Background in accounting, expanded into comprehensive corporate administration, compliance, and client advisory
