Senior Legal Advisor with over 20 years of experience in the legal and financial sectors, Marc has built a strong expertise in regulatory law, fund structuring, and investment management. He began his career as a lawyer at the Luxembourg Bar, where he practiced for 13 years, before joining a specialized PSF as legal counsel. He later served as Head of Legal for a Chapter 15 management company and an authorized AIFM, and now sits on the executive committee of a CSSF-registered AIFM, in collaboration with Stratego International.
