About Marc

Marc is our Head of Legal & Compliance

After completing university studies in law and financial management in Belgium, Marc began his professional career as a lawyer at the Luxembourg Bar. Building on this initial experience, he then served as legal counsel within a specialized PSF, where he strengthened his expertise in financial and regulatory matters.

Over the course of more than ten years, Marc expanded his responsibilities by taking on the role of Head of Legal at a management company (Chapter 15) as well as an authorized AIFM, which enabled him to develop in‑depth expertise in compliance and governance.

Today, he leverages his extensive and diverse background through his collaboration with Stratego International, which offered him the opportunity to join the executive committee of an AIFM registered with the CSSF.

His strong sense of service, legal rigor, mastery of critical analysis, and proactive approach make him a reliable advisor. He stands out for his ability to interpret and apply legal texts with precision, anticipate regulatory risks, and propose compliant solutions, always focused on quality and the protection of clients’ interests.
